2 Entry
2.1 Entry is free. No entry fee or consideration is necessary to enter or win this skill-based competition.
2.2 Each entrant may only submit one entry per category and one additional entry per Display Board (see 2.5 below) category. Additional entries will be discounted.
2.3 Entries must be received by GW between 13:00 (UK Time) on Friday 20th September 2024 and 23:59 (UK Time) on Monday 7th October 2024 to be counted. Late entries will not be accepted. Entries received before 13:00 (UK Time) Friday 20th September will be discounted.
2.4 To enter, send photographs of your entry to: [email protected]. You must include: your full name; whether you are a member of GW staff or related to a member of GW staff; country and state/region of residence; and the category (or categories) you’re entering. Entrants are advised to submit between 5 and 8 photographs, to provide a well- rounded view of the entry.
2.5 There will be 5 (five) major categories (‘Individual’; ‘Team’; ‘Display Board’; ‘Youngbloods’ and ‘Staff’) with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for each major category.
2.5.1 Under 16s may enter:
a) Any ONE of Youngbloods (if submitted by a parent/guardian) or Team (if submitted by a team member over 16); plus
b) Display Board (if submitted by a parent/guardian).
2.5.2 Ages 16+ may enter:
a) Any ONE of: Individual or Team; plus
b) Display Board
2.5.3 Staff may only enter the Staff category
For example: An under 16 may choose to enter Youngbloods and Display Board.
16+ may choose to enter Team and Display Board. Entering into Display Board is optional.
2.6 There will be approximately 5-10 judges’ choices, chosen across all of the available categories.
2.7 GW accepts no responsibility for any entries which for any reason are not received by GW, including due to any error in technical functionality.
2.8 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, GW may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the competition.
2.9 GW reserves the right to reject a photograph of an entry and exclude it from the judging process at its discretion (for example, if the image is blurred, pixelated or contains something other than the entry).
2.10 GW reserves the right to vary any of these Terms and Conditions, postpone or cancel the competition at any time without notice. In such event, GW will make reasonable efforts to communicate any change to entrants.
3 Eligibility
3.1 The competition is open to persons of age 13 years and over. Entries from persons under 16 years of age must be submitted by a parent or guardian on behalf of the entrant.
3.2 Employees of GW can only enter the “Best of Staff” category. Staff entries into any other category will be discounted.
3.3 Only GW members of staff will be eligible to enter the “Best of Staff” category.
3.4 The competition is open to residents worldwide excluding Russia and Belarus.
3.5 GW will only accept competition entries that conform to the following rules:
3.5.1. painted miniatures must exclusively consist of Citadel and/or Forge World products;
3.5.2. the display must fit within a board with base dimensions of 2’ x 2’ (61cm x 61cm) or 22 x 30 inches (76cm x 56cm);
3.5.3. the army must not mix GW settings;
3.5.4. any miniature customisation must exclusively comprise Citadel/Forge World bits or parts only; and
3.5.5. entries must have been wholly painted by you.
3.6 A board, if used, can be made of any appropriate material, provided that what is displayed on top comprises strictly Games Workshop products.
3.7 GW will accept entries which are mounted on a presentational plinth, subject to adhering to the dimensions stipulated in clause 3.4.2.
3.8 There is a limit of one entry per person per category. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted (subject to clause 3.1) and joint submissions are not allowed (except for in the “Best of Team” category).
3.9 GW reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit of intention of the competition.

4 Judging
4.1 All valid entries will be reviewed and judged by a panel of judges, comprising members of GW staff and one independent judge. The judges shall select the entries which best satisfy the judging criteria. The judging criteria shall be as follows: cohesiveness of display theme; originality and creativity; conversion skill; and painting finesse.
4.2 There will be 15 winners in total across the 5 major categories (comprising 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for each).
4.3 There will be up to 10 judges’ choices chosen from across the 5 major categories. Judges choices will be selected for displaying outstanding qualities from any of the judging criteria.
4.4 Decisions of the judges shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received, the quality of the entries and each entrant’s ability to provide the winning criteria. Each entry shall be judged against each other entry in its category.
5 Prize Details
5.1 Major category winners will receive:
5.1.1. one (1) trophy; and
5.1.2. one (1) Start Collecting!, Combat Patrol, Vanguard or similar starter set box (“Starter Set”) of their choice (choice is subject to stock availability). The range of Starter Set boxes can be browsed on the GW web store (www.games-workshop.com). The value of each Starter Set box ranges from £57.50 to £95 (or local currency equivalent) depending on the specific product.
5.2 Judges choices will receive:
5.2.1. one (1) certificate.
5.3 Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
5.4 Prizes are subject to availability and will be dispatched via GW’s standard shipping processes once they have been claimed.
5.5 If a Starter Set box, Combat Patrol or Vanguard is out of stock, a winner may wait until that item is back in stock or choose an alternative Starter Set box.
5.6 GW does not accept any responsibility if you are unable to take up the prize.
6 Notification
6.1 Winners will be announced on October 26th 2024 at an awards event broadcast on Warhammer TV via one of GW’s social media channels, as used by GW from time to time , and winners will also be announced online within an article on www.warhammer-community.com.
6.2 Entrants agree that GW can use their name and place of residence (in the format of Joe Bloggs from Birmingham, England) for advertising and promotional purposes and for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations. If you do not wish your name and/or place of residence to be published or made available, or you wish to reduce the amount of information published or made available, please inform GW at the time you submit your entry via email.
6.3 Clause 6.2 will not apply to entrants from Germany. Specific consent will be sought from entrants from Germany to display this information, and the information will only be displayed publicly where the express consent has been provided by the Entrant. When you submit your entry, you can choose to provide your express consent for GW to publish your information in line with clause 6.2.
6.4 Where any prizes are unclaimed after three months, the opportunity to win these prizes will be lost and the competition will be finished. In such a scenario, GW may at its discretion select an alternative winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7 Ownership of Competition Entries and Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 GW does not claim any rights of ownership in your competition entry.
7.2 You agree that GW may, but is not required to, make your entry available on any of its websites and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant GW a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
8 Limitation of Liability
8.1 Insofar as permitted by law, GW, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage, occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of GW, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9 Jurisdiction
9.1 These rules are governed by the laws of England and any dispute relating to the promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Entry indicates acceptance of the rules as final and legally binding.
9.2 This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
10 Data Protection
10.1 Any personal data provided to us in connection with this competition will be held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We may also use that data for administration of, and communication in connection with, this competition. By submitting your personal information in connection with this competition you consent to the processing of your personal data as set out above and you confirm that the information is accurate and complete.

2 Teilnahme
2.1 Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos. Es ist keine Teilnahmegebühr oder Gegenleistung erforderlich, um an diesem Geschicklichkeitswettbewerb teilzunehmen oder zu gewinnen.
2.2 Jeder Teilnehmer darf nur einen Beitrag pro Kategorie und einen zusätzlichen Beitrag pro „Display Board“-Kategorie (siehe nachstehenden Abschnitt 2.5) einreichen. Zusätzliche Einreichungen werden nicht berücksichtigt.
2.3 Die Beiträge müssen zwischen Freitag, dem 20. September 2024, 13:00 Uhr (britische Zeit) und Montag, dem 7. Oktober 2024, 23:59 Uhr (britische Zeit) bei GW eingehen, um berücksichtigt zu werden. Verspätete Einreichungen werden nicht angenommen. Einreichungen, die vor 13:00 Uhr (britische Zeit) am Freitag, den 20. September eingehen, werden ebenfalls nicht berücksichtigt.
2.4 Um teilzunehmen, senden Sie bitte Fotos Ihres Beitrags an: [email protected]. Hierbei müssen Sie Folgendes angeben: Ihren vollständigen Namen; ob Sie ein GW-Mitarbeiter sind oder mit einem GW-Mitarbeiter verwandt sind; Land und Bundesland/Region Ihres Wohnsitzes; und die jeweilige(n) Kategorie(n), an der/denen Sie teilnehmen. Den Teilnehmern wird empfohlen, zwischen 5 und 8 Fotos einzureichen, um ein abgerundetes Bild des jeweiligen Beitrages zu bieten.
2.5 Es gibt 5 (fünf) Hauptkategorien: „Individual“ (Einzelperson), „Team“, „Display Board“, „Youngbloods“ und „Staff“ (Mitarbeiter) mit einem ersten, zweiten und dritten Platz für jede Hauptkategorie.
2.5.1 Unter 16-Jährige Jugendliche können Beiträge für die folgenden Kategorien einreichen:
a) ENTWEDER die Kategorie Youngblood (falls von einem Elternteil/Erziehungsberechtigten eingereicht) oder die Kategorie Team (falls von einem Teammitglied über 16 Jahren eingereicht); sowie
b) für die Kategorie Display Board (falls von einem Elternteil/Erziehungsberechtigten eingereicht).
2.5.2 Über 16-Jährige können wie folgt teilnehmen:
a) ENTWEDER als Einzelperson oder als Teammitglied; sowie
b) in der Kategorie Display Board
2.5.3 Mitarbeiter können jedoch nur in der Kategorie „Mitarbeiter“ teilnehmen.
Zum Beispiel: Ein unter 16-Jähriger kann sich für Youngbloods und für Display Board entscheiden.
Über 16-Jährigekönnen sich für Team und Display Board entscheiden. Die Entscheidung, am Display Board teilzunehmen, bleibt jedem Teilnehmer selbst überlassen.
2.6 Es gibt ungefähr 5-10 „Judges Choices“, sprich von den Jurymitgliedern in die Sonderauswahl aufgenommene Einreichungen, die über alle verfügbaren Kategorien hinweg getroffen werden.
2.7 GW übernimmt keine Verantwortung für Einreichungen, die aus irgendeinem Grund nicht bei GW eingehen, auch nicht jene Einreichungen, die aufgrund eines Fehlers in der technischen Funktionalität nicht ankommen.
2.8 Falls es einen Grund zu der Annahme gibt, dass ein Verstoß gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen vorliegt, so kann GW Sie nach eigenem Ermessen von der Teilnahme an diesem Wettbewerb ausschließen.
2.9 GW behält sich das Recht vor, ein Foto eines Beitrags abzulehnen und es nach eigenem Ermessen von der Bewertung auszuschließen (z. B. wenn das Bild unscharf oder verpixelt ist oder etwas anderes als den jeweiligen Beitrag enthält).
2.10 GW behält sich das Recht vor, diese Teilnahmebedingungen jederzeit und ohne Vorankündigung zu ändern, den Wettbewerb zu verschieben oder zu stornieren. In einem solchen Fall wird sich GW in angemessener Weise bemühen, die Teilnehmer über alle Änderungen zu informieren.
3 Teilnahmeberechtigung
3.1 Dieser Wettbewerb steht Personen ab 13 Jahren offen. Beiträge von Personen unter 16 Jahren müssen von einem Elternteil oder Erziehungsberechtigten im Namen des Teilnehmers eingereicht werden.
3.2 Mitarbeiter von GW können nur in der Kategorie „Best of Staff“ teilnehmen. Beiträge von Mitarbeitern in anderen Kategorien werden nicht berücksichtigt.
3.3 Für die Kategorie „Best of Staff“ sind nur GW-Mitarbeiter, bzw. Mitarbeiterinnen, teilnahmeberechtigt.
3.4 An diesem Wettbewerb können Personen mit Wohnsitz in der ganzen Welt teilnehmen, mit Ausnahme von Russland und Weißrussland.
3.5 GW akzeptiert nur Wettbewerbsbeiträge, die den folgenden Regeln entsprechen:
3.5.1. Die bemalten Miniaturen müssen ausschließlich aus Produkten von Citadel und/oder Forge World bestehen;
3.5.2. Die Darstellung muss auf einem Brett mit den Grundmaßen 2′ x 2′ (61 cm x 61 cm) oder 22 x 30 Zoll (76 cm x 56 cm) passen;
3.5.3. Die Armies on Parade darf keine verschiedenen GW-Hintergründe kombinieren;
3.5.4. Jegliche Miniaturanpassung darf ausschließlich aus Citadel/Forge World Teilen, bzw. Einzelteilen bestehen; und
3.5.5. die Beiträge müssen vollständig von Ihnen bemalt sein.
3.6 Ein verwendetes Brett kann aus jedem geeigneten Material bestehen, vorausgesetzt, dass es sich bei den darauf ausgestellten Gegenständen ausschließlich um Produkte von Games Workshop handelt.
3.7 GW akzeptiert auch Beiträge, die auf einem Präsentationssockel montiert sind, sofern die in Abschnitt 3.4.2 festgelegten Abmessungen dabei eingehalten werden.
3.8 Pro Person und Kategorie kann nur ein Beitrag eingereicht werden. Beiträge, die im Namen einer anderen Person eingereicht werden, werden nicht akzeptiert (vorbehaltlich den Bestimmungen von Abschnitt 3.1) und gemeinsame Einreichungen sind nicht zulässig (mit Ausnahme von Kategorie „Best of Team“).
3.9 GW behält sich alle Rechte vor, Sie zu disqualifizieren, falls Ihr Verhalten nicht dem Sinn und Zweck des Wettbewerbs entspricht.
3.10 Sollten Sie etwaige Fragen zum Wettbewerb haben oder wissen möchten, welche Miniaturen akzeptiert werden, so wenden Sie sich bitte an [email protected]
4 Beurteilung
4.1 Alle gültigen Einreichungen werden von einer Jury, die aus GW-Mitarbeitern und einem unabhängigen Preisrichter besteht, geprüft und bewertet. Die Mitglieder der jeweiligen Jury wählen jene Beiträge aus, die den Bewertungskriterien am besten entsprechen. Die Beurteilungskriterien sind: Kohärenz des Ausstellungsthemas, Originalität und Kreativität, Umsetzungsgeschick und malerische Finesse.
4.2 Es werden insgesamt 15 Gewinner in den 5 Hauptkategorien (1., 2. und 3. Platz für jede Kategorie) ausgewählt.
4.3 Für die 5 Hauptkategorien nehmen die Jurymitglieder bis zu 10 Einreichungen in die Sonderauswahl auf. Die Jury wählt jene Einreichungen aus, die sich durch herausragende Qualitäten in einem der Bewertungskriterien auszeichnen.
4.4 Die jeweiligen Entscheidungen der Jurymitglieder sind endgültig und es wird kein Schriftverkehr darüber geführt. Die Chancen, einen Preis zu gewinnen, hängen von der Anzahl der zugelassenen Beiträge, der Qualität der Beiträge und der Fähigkeit jedes Teilnehmers ab, die Gewinnkriterien zu erfüllen. Jeder Beitrag wird im Vergleich zu allen anderen Beiträgen in seiner jeweiligen Kategorie bewertet.
5 Details über die jeweiligen Preise
5.1 Die Gewinner der Hauptkategorie erhalten:
5.1.1. eine (1) Trophäe; und
5.1.2. eine (1) Start Collecting!, Combat Patrol, Vanguard oder eine ähnliche Starter-Set-Box („Starter-Set“) ihrer Wahl. (Die jeweilige Auswahl hängt von der Verfügbarkeit ab.). Das Angebot an Starter-Set-Boxen kann im GW-Webshop (www.games-workshop.com) eingesehen werden. Der Wert jeder Starter-Set-Box liegt je nach Produkt zwischen 57,50 und 95 £ (bzw. dem Gegenwert in lokaler Währung).
5.2 Die “Judges Choices“, also die von den Jurymitgliedern in die Sonderauswahl aufgenommenen Einreichungen, erhalten:
5.2.1. eine (1) Urkunde.
5.3 Die Preise sind nicht übertragbar und es wird kein Bargeldersatz angeboten. Preise können nicht zurückgegeben oder umgetauscht werden, es sei denn, sie sind fehlerhaft.
5.4 Die jeweiligen Preise unterliegen der Verfügbarkeit und werden im Rahmen der die Standardversandverfahren von GW versandt, sobald sie angefordert wurden.
5.5 Für den Fall, dass eine Starter-Set-Box, eine Combat Patrol-Box oder eine Vanguard-Box nicht mehr vorrätig ist, kann der Gewinner warten, bis der Artikel wieder vorrätig ist, oder sicheine alternative Starter-Set-Box wählen.
5.6 GW übernimmt keine Verantwortung, falls Sie den Preis nicht in Anspruch nehmen können.
6 Benachrichtigung
6.1 Die jeweiligen Gewinner werden am 26. Oktober 2024 im Rahmen einer Preisverleihung bekannt gegeben, die auf Warhammer TV über einen der von GW von Zeit zu Zeit genutzten Social-Media-Kanäle übertragen wird. Die jeweiligen Gewinner werden außerdem online in einem Artikel auf www.warhammer-community.com bekannt gegeben.
6.2 Die Teilnehmer erklären sich damit einverstanden, dass GW deren Namen und deren Wohnort (in der Form von “Max Mustermann aus Birmingham, England“) zu Werbe- und Verkaufsförderungszwecken und zur Erfüllung gesetzlicher Verpflichtungen verwenden darf. Falls Sie nicht möchten, dass Ihr Name und/oder Ihr Wohnort veröffentlicht oder zugänglich gemacht werden, oder wenn Sie die veröffentlichten oder zugänglich gemachten Informationen reduzieren möchten, informieren Sie GW bitte bei der Einreichung Ihres Beitrags per E-Mail.
6.3 Die Bestimmungen von Abschnitt 6.2 gelten nicht für Teilnehmer aus Deutschland. Von Teilnehmern aus Deutschland wird die ausdrückliche Zustimmung zur Veröffentlichung jener Informationen eingeholt, und die Informationen werden nur dann öffentlich angezeigt, wenn der Teilnehmer diesbezüglich seine ausdrückliche Zustimmung erteilt hat. Wenn Sie Ihren Beitrag einreichen, können Sie Ihre ausdrückliche Zustimmung zur Veröffentlichung Ihrer Daten durch GW gemäß den Bestimmungen von Abschnitt 6.2 erteilen.
6.4 Für den Fall, dass Preise nach drei Monaten nicht in Anspruch genommen werden, so geht die Möglichkeit verloren, diese Preise zu gewinnen und dieser Wettbewerb wird beendet. In einem solchen Fall kann GW nach eigenem Ermessen einen anderen Gewinner in Übereinstimmung mit diesen Teilnahmebedingungen bestimmen.
7 Eigentum an den Wettbewerbsbeiträgen und geistige Eigentumsrechte
7.1 GW erhebt keinen Anspruch auf irgendwelche Eigentumsrechte an Ihren Wettbewerbsbeiträgen.
7.2 Sie erklären sich damit einverstanden, dass GW Ihren Beitrag auf allen seinen Websites und in allen sonstigen Medien veröffentlichen darf, unabhängig davon, ob diese bereits bekannt sind oder erst noch erfunden werden, sowie in Verbindung mit jeglicher Werbung für den Wettbewerb, jedoch nicht dazu verpflichtet ist. Sie erklären sich damit einverstanden, GW eine nicht-exklusive, weltweite, unwiderrufliche Lizenz für die gesamte Dauer aller geistigen Eigentumsrechte an dem Wettbewerbsbeitrag und allen dazugehörigen Materialien zu gewähren, um den Wettbewerbsbeitrag und alle dazugehörigen Materialien für diese Zwecke zu nutzen, auszustellen, zu veröffentlichen, zu übertragen, zu kopieren, zu bearbeiten, zu verändern, zu speichern, neu zu formatieren und Unterlizenzen zu vergeben.
8 Haftungsbeschränkung
8.1 Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, sind GW, dessen Vertreter oder Händler unter keinen Umständen verantwortlich oder haftbar, den Gewinner zu entschädigen oder eine Haftung für etwaige Verluste oder Schäden zu übernehmen, die als Folge der Inanspruchnahme des Preises auftreten, es sei denn, diese werden durch die Fahrlässigkeit von GW, dessen Vertretern oder Händlern oder deren Mitarbeitern verursacht. Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte bleiben davon unberührt.
9 Rechtssprechung
9.1 Diese Bestimmungen unterliegen den Gesetzen Englands, und alle Streitigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Aktion unterliegen der ausschließlichen Rechtsprechung der englischen Gerichte. Mit der Teilnahme werden diese Bestimmungen als endgültig und rechtsverbindlich anerkannt.
9.2 Diese Werbeaktion ist ungültig, wenn sie gesetzlich verboten ist.
10 Datenschutz
10.1 Jegliche personenbezogenen Daten, die uns im Zusammenhang mit diesem Wettbewerb zur Verfügung gestellt werden, werden in Übereinstimmung mit unseren Datenschutzbestimmungen gespeichert und verarbeitet. Wir können diese Daten zudem für die Verwaltung und Kommunikation im Zusammenhang mit diesem Wettbewerb verwenden. Mit der Übermittlung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten im Zusammenhang mit diesem Wettbewerb erklären Sie sich mit der vorstehend beschriebenen Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten einverstanden und bestätigen, dass die Informationen richtig und vollständig sind.

2 Participation
2.1 La participation est gratuite. Aucun frais de participation ni aucune contrepartie n’est nécessaire pour s’inscrire ou gagner ce concours basé sur les compétences.
2.2 Chaque participant ne pourra soumettre qu’une seule participation par catégorie et une participation supplémentaire par catégorie de Tableau d’affichage (voir le paragraphe 2.5 ci-dessous). Les participations supplémentaires seront retirées.
2.3 Pour être prises en compte, les participations doivent être reçues par GW entre 13h00 (heure du Royaume-Uni) le vendredi 20 septembre 2024 et 23h59 (heure du Royaume-Uni) le lundi 7 octobre 2024. Les participations remises après ce délai ne seront pas acceptées. Les participations reçues avant le vendredi 20 septembre à 13 heures (heure du Royaume-Uni) ne seront pas prises en compte.
2.4 Pour participer, envoyez des photos de votre participation à : [email protected]. Vous devez indiquer : votre nom et prénom ; si vous êtes membre du personnel de GW ou si vous avez un lien de parenté avec un membre du personnel de GW ; le pays et l’état/la région de résidence ; et la catégorie (ou les catégories) dans laquelle vous participez au concours. Il est conseillé aux participants de soumettre entre 5 et 8 photographies, afin de donner une vue d’ensemble de la participation.
2.5 Il y aura 5 (cinq) catégories principales ((“Individual” [« Individuel »]; “Team” [« Équipe »]; “Display Board” [«Tableau d’affichage»]; “Youngbloods” [« Jeunes » ] et “Staff” [« Personnel »]) avec une 1ère, 2e et 3e place pour chaque catégorie principale.
2.5.1 Les moins de 16 ans peuvent participer à/au :
a) L’UNE des catégories Jeunes (soumise par un parent/tuteur) ou Équipe (soumise par un membre de l’équipe âgé de plus de 16 ans) ; et
b) Tableau d’affichage (si soumis par un parent/tuteur).
2.5.2 Les personnes âgées de plus de 16 ans peuvent participer à :

2.5.3 Les membres du personnel ne peuvent s’inscrire que dans la catégorie « Personnel »
Par exemple : Les moins de 16 ans peuvent choisir de participer dans la catégorie « Jeune » et « Tableau d’affichage ».
Les personnes âgées de16 ans et plus peuvent choisir de participer dans la catégorie « Équipe » et « Tableau d’affichage ». La participation dans la catégorie « Tableau d’affichage » est facultative.
2.6 Il y aura environ 5 à 10 choix de juges, répartis dans toutes les catégories disponibles.
2.7 GW n’accepte aucune responsabilité pour les participations qui, pour quelque raison que ce soit, ne sont pas reçues par GW, y compris en raison d’une erreur de fonctionnalité technique.
2.8 S’il existe une quelconque raison de penser que les présentes conditions générales n’ont pas été respectées, GW pourra, à sa seule discrétion, vous exclure de la participation au concours.
2.9 GW se réserve le droit de rejeter une photographie d’une participation et de l’exclure du processus d’évaluation à sa discrétion (par exemple, si l’image est floue, pixélisée ou contient quelque chose d’autre que la participation).
2.10 GW se réserve le droit de modifier ces Conditions générales, de reporter ou d’annuler le concours à tout moment et sans préavis. Dans ce cas, GW fera tout ce qui est en son pouvoir pour communiquer tout changement aux participants.
3 Éligibilité
3.1 Le concours est ouvert aux personnes âgées de 13 ans et plus. Les inscriptions des personnes âgées de moins de 16 ans doivent être soumises par un parent ou un tuteur au nom du participant.
3.2 Les employés de GW ne peuvent participer qu’à la catégorie « Meilleur membre du personnel ». Les candidatures des membres du personnel dans toute autre catégorie ne seront pas prises en compte.
3.3 Seuls les membres du personnel de GW pourront participer à la catégorie « Meilleur membre du personnel ».
3.4 Le concours est ouvert aux résidents du monde entier, à l’exclusion de la Russie et de la Biélorussie.
3.5 GW n’acceptera que les participations au concours qui se conforment aux règles suivantes :
3.5.1. les figurines peintes doivent être exclusivement des produits Citadel et/ou Forge World ;
3.5.2. la présentation doit tenir dans un plateau dont les dimensions de base sont de 2 x 2 pieds (61cm x 61cm) ou 22 x 30 pouces (76cm x 56cm) ;
3.5.3. l’armée ne doit pas mélanger les décors GW ;
3.5.4. toute personnalisation de figurine doit comprendre exclusivement des pièces Citadel/Forge World ; et
3.5.5. les figurines doivent avoir été entièrement peintes par vous.
3.6 Un tableau, s’il est utilisé, peut être fait de n’importe quel matériau approprié, à condition que ce qui est exposé dessus soit exclusivement composé de produits Games Workshop.
3.7 GW acceptera les participations montées sur un socle de présentation, à condition qu’ils respectent les dimensions stipulées dans la clause 3.4.2.
3.8 Il y a une limite d’une participation par personne et par catégorie. Les participations soumises au nom d’une autre personne ne seront pas acceptées (sous réserve de la clause 3.1) et les participations conjointes ne sont pas autorisées (sauf dans la catégorie « Meilleur membre de l’équipe »).
3.9 GW se réserve le droit de vous disqualifier si votre comportement est contraire à l’esprit et à l’intention du concours.

4 Juger
4.1 Toutes les participations valides seront examinées et jugées par un panel de juges composé de membres du personnel de GW et d’un juge indépendant. Les juges sélectionnent les participations qui répondent le mieux aux critères d’évaluation. Les critères d’évaluation sont les suivants : cohérence du thème de l’exposition, originalité et créativité, capacité de transformation et finesse de la peinture.
4.2 Il y aura 15 gagnants au total dans les 5 catégories principales (comprenant une 1ère, 2e et 3e place pour chaque catégorie).
4.3 Il y aura jusqu’à 10 choix de juges parmi les 5 catégories principales. Les choix des juges seront sélectionnés en fonction des qualités exceptionnelles des participations par rapport aux critères d’évaluation.
4.4 Les décisions des juges seront définitives et aucune correspondance ne sera échangée. Les chances de gagner un prix dépendent du nombre de participations admissibles reçues, de la qualité des participations et de la capacité de chaque participant à répondre aux critères de sélection. Chaque participation est jugée par rapport à toutes les autres participations de sa catégorie.
5 Détails du prix
5.1 Les gagnants des principales catégories recevront :
5.1.1. un (1) trophée ; et
5.1.2. un (1) coffret de démarrage Start Collecting!, Patrouille de combat, Vanguard ou un prix similaire (« Coffret de démarrage ») de leur choix (ce choix est soumis à la disponibilité des stocks). La gamme de Coffret de démarrage peut être consultée sur la boutique en ligne de GW (www.games-workshop.com). La valeur de chaque Coffret de démarrage varie entre 57,50 et 95 livres sterling (ou l’équivalent en monnaie locale) en fonction du produit spécifique.
5.2 Les participations choisies par les juges recevront :
5.2.1. un (1) certificat.
5.3 Les prix ne sont pas transférables et aucune alternative en espèces ne sera proposée. Les prix ne peuvent être ni repris ni échangés, sauf s’ils sont défectueux.
5.4 Les prix sont soumis à disponibilité et seront expédiés par les processus d’expédition standard de GW une fois qu’ils auront été réclamés.
5.5 Si un Coffret de démarrage, une Patrouille de combat ou Vanguard est en rupture de stock, le gagnant pourra attendre que l’article soit à nouveau en stock ou choisir un autre Coffret de démarrage.
5.6 GW se dégage de toute responsabilité si vous n’êtes pas en mesure de recevoir le prix.
6 Notification
6.1 Les gagnants seront annoncés le 26 octobre 2024 lors d’une cérémonie de remise des prix diffusée sur Warhammer TV via l’une des chaines de médias sociaux de GW, tels qu’utilisés par GW de temps à autre, et les gagnants seront également annoncés en ligne dans le cadre d’un article publié sur www.warhammer-community.com.
6.2 Les participants acceptent que GW utilise leur nom et leur lieu de résidence (sous la forme de Joe Bloggs de Birmingham, Angleterre) à des fins publicitaires et promotionnelles et pour satisfaire aux obligations légales. Si vous ne souhaitez pas que votre nom et/ou votre lieu de résidence soient publiés ou mis à disposition, ou si vous souhaitez réduire la quantité d’informations publiées ou mises à disposition, veuillez en informer GW par e-mail au moment où vous soumettez votre participation.
6.3 La clause 6.2 ne s’applique pas aux participants d’Allemagne. Les participants d’Allemagne seront invités à donner leur accord spécifique pour que ces informations soient affichées, et celles-ci ne seront affichées publiquement que si le Participant a donné son accord exprès. Lorsque vous soumettez votre participation, vous pouvez choisir de donner votre accord exprès pour que GW publie vos informations conformément à la clause 6.2.
6.4 Si un prix n’est pas réclamé au bout de trois mois, la possibilité de le remporter sera perdue et le concours sera terminé. Dans ce cas, GW pourra, à sa discrétion, sélectionner un autre gagnant conformément aux présentes Conditions générales.
7 Propriété des participations au Concours et droits de propriété intellectuelle
7.1 GW ne revendique aucun droit de propriété sur votre participation au concours.
7.2 Vous acceptez que GW puisse, sans y être obligé, rendre votre participation disponible sur l’un de ses sites Web et sur tout autre média, qu’il soit actuellement connu ou inventé à l’avenir, et en lien avec toute publicité du concours. Vous acceptez d’accorder à GW une licence non exclusive, mondiale et irrévocable, pour toute la durée des droits de propriété intellectuelle de la participation au concours et de tout matériel d’accompagnement, lui permettant d’utiliser, d’afficher, de publier, de transmettre, de copier, d’éditer, de modifier, de stocker, de reformater et d’accorder une sous-licence pour la participation au concours et tout matériel d’accompagnement à ces fins.
8 Limitation de la responsabilité

9 Compétence
9.1 Ces règles sont régies par les lois de l’Angleterre et tout litige relatif à la promotion sera soumis à la juridiction exclusive des tribunaux anglais. La participation implique l’acceptation des règles comme étant définitives et juridiquement contraignantes.

2.2 Ogni partecipante può presentare una sola iscrizione per categoria e un’iscrizione aggiuntiva per la categoria “Display Board” (vedi 2.5 sotto). Le iscrizioni aggiuntive saranno scartate.
2.3 Per essere conteggiate, le iscrizioni devono essere ricevute da GW tra le 13:00 (ora del Regno Unito) di venerdì 20 settembre 2024 e le 23:59 (ora del Regno Unito) di lunedì 7 ottobre 2024. Le iscrizioni giunte oltre tale termine non verranno accettate. Le iscrizioni ricevute prima delle 13:00 (ora del Regno Unito) di venerdì 20 settembre non saranno prese in considerazione.
2.4 Per partecipare, inviare le fotografie del proprio elaborato a: [email protected]. È necessario includere: nome e cognome; indicazione se si è un membro del personale GW o parente di un membro del personale GW; il paese e lo stato/regione di residenza; e la categoria (o le categorie) a cui si partecipa. Si consiglia ai partecipanti di inviare da 5 a 8 fotografie, in modo da fornire una visione completa dell’elaborato iscritto al concorso.
2.5 Le categorie principali del concorso saranno 5 (cinque): (“Individual” [Singolo]; “Team” [Squadra]; “Display Board” [Pannello Espositivo]; “Youngbloods” [Giovani] e “Staff”) con il 1°, 2° e 3° posto per ogni categoria principale.
2.5.1 I minori di 16 anni possono partecipare a:

2.5.3 Lo staff può partecipare solo alla categoria “Staff”.
Ad esempio: Un minore di 16 anni può scegliere di partecipare a “Youngbloods” e “Display Board”.
I maggiori di 16 anni possono scegliere di partecipare a “Team” e “Display Board”. L’iscrizione a “Display Board” è facoltativa.
2.6 Le scelte dei giudici saranno circa 5-10, scelte tra tutte le categorie disponibili.
2.7 GW non si assume alcuna responsabilità per le iscrizioni che, per qualsiasi motivo, non vengano ricevute da GW, anche a causa di errori di funzionalità tecnica.
2.8 Qualora si ritenga che vi sia stata una violazione dei presenti termini e condizioni, GW può, a sua esclusiva discrezione, escludere il candidato dalla partecipazione al concorso.
2.9 GW si riserva il diritto di rifiutare la fotografia di un elaborato e di escluderla dal processo di valutazione, a sua discrezione (ad es., se l’immagine è sfocata, pixelata o contiene elementi diversi dall’elaborato).
2.10 GW si riserva il diritto di modificare i presenti Termini e condizioni, rinviare o annullare il concorso in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso. In tal caso, GW farà il possibile per comunicare qualsiasi modifica ai partecipanti.
3 Ammissibilità
3.1 Il concorso è aperto alle persone di età pari o superiore a 13 anni. Le iscrizioni di persone di età inferiore ai 16 anni devono essere presentate da un genitore o tutore per conto del partecipante.
3.2 I dipendenti di GW possono partecipare solo alla categoria “Best of Staff”. Le iscrizioni del personale a qualsiasi altra categoria saranno scartate.
3.3 Solo i membri del personale di GW possono partecipare alla categoria “Best of Staff”.
3.4 Il concorso è aperto ai residenti in tutto il mondo, ad esclusione di Russia e Bielorussia.
3.5 GW accetterà solo iscrizioni al concorso conformi alle seguenti regole:
3.5.1. le miniature dipinte devono essere costituite esclusivamente da prodotti Citadel e/o Forge World;
3.5.2. l’esposizione deve rientrare in un pannello con dimensioni di base di 2 x 2 pollici (61×61 cm) o 22 x 30 pollici (76×56 cm);
3.5.3. l’esercito non deve mescolare ambientazioni GW;
3.5.4. qualsiasi personalizzazione delle miniature deve comprendere esclusivamente pezzi o parti Citadel/Forge World; e
3.5.5. le iscrizioni devono essere interamente dipinte dai partecipanti.
3.6 Se si utilizza un pannello, esso può essere realizzato con qualsiasi materiale appropriato, a patto che ciò che viene esposto sopra sia composto esclusivamente da prodotti Games Workshop.
3.7 GW accetterà opere montate su un basamento di presentazione, purché rispettino le dimensioni stabilite nella clausola 3.4.2.
3.8 Esiste il limite di un elaborato per persona e per categoria. Le iscrizioni presentate a nome di un’altra persona non saranno accettate (in base alla clausola 3.1) e non sono ammesse iscrizioni congiunte (ad eccezione della categoria “Best of Team”).
3.9 GW si riserva il diritto di squalificare il partecipante se il suo comportamento è contrario allo spirito del concorso.
3.10 Per qualsiasi domanda sulla competizione, o per aiuto nel capire quali miniature saranno accettate, si prega di contattare [email protected].
4 Giudizio
4.1 Tutte le opere valide saranno esaminate e giudicate da una giuria composta da membri dello staff GW e da un giudice indipendente. I giudici selezioneranno le opere che meglio soddisfano i criteri di giudizio. I criteri di giudizio saranno i seguenti: coerenza del tema esposto; originalità e creatività; abilità di conversione; raffinatezza pittorica.
4.2 I vincitori saranno 15 in totale per le 5 categorie principali (comprendenti il 1°, il 2° e il 3° posto per ciascuna di esse).
4.3 Saranno fino a 10 le opzioni di scelta dei giudici tra le 5 categorie principali. Le scelte dei giudici saranno selezionate per aver mostrato qualità eccezionali in uno qualsiasi dei criteri di giudizio.
4.4 Le decisioni dei giudici sono inappellabili e non avverrà alcuna corrispondenza. Le probabilità di vincere un premio dipendono dal numero di iscrizioni ammissibili ricevute, dalla qualità degli elaborati e dalla capacità di ciascun partecipante di soddisfare i criteri di vincita. Ciascun elaborato sarà giudicato rispetto ad ogni altro elaborato della sua categoria.
5 Dettagli del premio
5.1 I vincitori della categoria principale riceveranno:
5.1.1. un (1) trofeo; e
5.1.2. una (1) scatola starter set Start Collecting!, Combat Patrol, Vanguard o simile (“Starter Set”) a loro scelta (la scelta è soggetta alla disponibilità di magazzino). 6 Notifica

6.2 I partecipanti accettano che GW possa utilizzare nome e luogo di residenza (nel formato di Joe Bloggs di Birmingham, Inghilterra) per scopi pubblicitari e promozionali e per adempiere agli obblighi di legge. Se non si desidera che il proprio nome e/o luogo di residenza vengano pubblicati o resi disponibili, o se si desidera ridurre la quantità di informazioni pubblicate o rese disponibili, si prega di informare GW al momento dell’invio dell’iscrizione via email.
6.3 La clausola 6.2 non si applica ai partecipanti provenienti dalla Germania. Ai partecipanti tedeschi verrà richiesto un consenso specifico per la visualizzazione di tali informazioni, che verranno mostrate pubblicamente solo in caso di consenso esplicito da parte del partecipante. Al momento dell’invio dell’iscrizione, sarà possibile scegliere di fornire l’esplicito consenso alla pubblicazione delle informazioni personali da parte di GW, in linea con la clausola 6.2.
6.4 Nel caso in cui i premi non vengano reclamati dopo tre mesi, l’opportunità di vincerli andrà persa e il concorso sarà concluso. In tal caso, GW può selezionare a sua discrezione un vincitore alternativo in conformità ai presenti Termini e condizioni.
7 Proprietà degli elaborati del concorso e diritti di proprietà intellettuale
7.1 GW non rivendica alcun diritto di proprietà sugli elaborati del concorso.
7.2 Il partecipante accetta che GW possa, ma senza alcun obbligo, rendere disponibile l’elaborato su uno dei suoi siti web e altro mezzo di comunicazione, conosciuto o inventato in futuro, e in relazione a qualsiasi pubblicità del concorso. Il partecipante accetta di concedere a GW una licenza non esclusiva, mondiale e irrevocabile, per l’intera durata, dei diritti di proprietà intellettuale sull’elaborato del concorso e sui materiali che lo accompagnano, per utilizzo, visualizzazione, pubblicazione, trasmissione, copia, modifica, alterazione, archiviazione, riformattazione e sublicenza dell’elaborato del concorso e dei materiali che lo accompagnano per tali scopi.
8 Limitazione di responsabilità
8.1 Nella misura consentita dalla legge, GW, i suoi agenti o distributori non saranno in alcun caso responsabili o tenuti a risarcire il vincitore, né ad accettare eventuali responsabilità per perdite o danni che si verifichino in seguito all’accettazione del premio, tranne nel caso in cui siano causati da negligenza di GW, dei suoi agenti o distributori, o loro dipendenti. 9 Giurisdizione
9.1 Il presente regolamento è governato dalle leggi inglesi e qualsiasi controversia relativa alla promozione sarà soggetta alla giurisdizione esclusiva dei tribunali inglesi. L’iscrizione indica l’accettazione delle regole come definitive e legalmente vincolanti.

2.4 Para participar, hay que enviar fotografías de la obra a: [email protected]. Se deberá incluir: nombre completo; si se es empleado de GW o se está relacionado con un empleado de GW; país y estado/región de residencia, así como la categoría (o categorías) en la que se participa. Se recomienda a los participantes que envíen entre 5 y 8 imágenes, para ofrecer una visión completa de la obra.
2.5 Hay 5 (cinco) categorías principales (“Individual” [«Individual»]; “Team” [«Equipo»]; “Display Board” [«Expositor»]; “Youngbloods” [«Jóvenes» ] e “Staff” [«Plantilla»]) con 1. er, 2.º y 3.er puesto por cada categoría principal.
2.5.1 Los menores de 16 años pueden participar en:

b) La categoría Expositor (si los inscribe su padre/madre/tutor legal).

a) Las categorías Individual o Equipo, además de en
b) La categoría Expositor.
2.5.3 Los empleados sólo pueden participar en la categoría Plantilla.
Por ejemplo: Un menor de 16 años podrá participar en las categorías Jóvenes y Expositor.
Los mayores de 16 años podrán participar en las categorías Equipo y Expositor. La participación en Expositor es opcional.
2.6 El Jurado podrá seleccionar aproximadamente entre 5 y 10 obras, que elegirá entre todas las categorías disponibles.
2.7 GW no se hace responsable de las obras que no se hayan recibido, sea cual sea el motivo, incluso aunque se deba a errores de funcionamiento técnico.
2.8 Si existiera alguna razón para sospechar que un participante ha incumplido las presentes condiciones, GW podrá, a su entera discreción, excluirlo del concurso.
2.9 GW se reserva el derecho de rechazar la imagen de una obra y descartarla del proceso de valoración, a su entera discreción (por ejemplo, si la imagen está borrosa, pixelada o contiene algo diferente a la obra).
2.10 GW se reserva el derecho a modificar los presentes Términos y condiciones, así como posponer o cancelar el concurso en cualquier momento, sin previo aviso. En tal caso, GW hará todos los esfuerzos razonables para comunicárselo a los participantes.
3 Requisitos de participación
3.1 El concurso está abierto a mayores de 13 años. Las obras de los menores de 16 años deberán ser presentadas, en su nombre, por uno de sus progenitores o por su tutor legal.
3.2 Los empleados de GW sólo pueden participar en la categoría «Mejor de la plantilla». Las obras de los empleados en cualquier otra categoría no se tendrán en cuenta.
3.3 Solamente los empleados de GW podrán participar en la categoría «Mejor de la plantilla».
3.4 El concurso está abierto a residentes de todo el mundo, excepto Rusia y Bielorrusia.
3.5 GW solo aceptará las obras del concurso que se ajusten a las siguientes normas:
3.5.1. las miniaturas pintadas deberán constar exclusivamente de productos de Citadel y/o Forge World;
3.5.2. el expositor deberá encajar en un panel cuya base tendrá unas dimensiones de 61 cm x 61 cm (2 x 2 pulgadas) o 76 cm x 56 cm (22 x 30 pulgadas);
3.5.3. el ejército no deberá mezclar los escenarios de GW;
3.5.4. cualquier personalización de las miniaturas deberá incluir exclusivamente piezas o partes de Citadel/Forge World, y
3.5.5. las obras deberán haber sido pintadas enteramente por el participante.
3.6 El panel, si se utiliza, puede ser de cualquier material apropiado, siempre que lo que se exponga encima sean estrictamente productos de Games Workshop.
3.7 GW aceptará las obras montadas sobre un pedestal de presentación, siempre que se respeten las dimensiones estipuladas en la cláusula 3.4.2.
3.8 Existe el límite de una obra por persona y categoría. No se aceptarán obras presentadas en nombre de otra persona (de conformidad con la cláusula 3.1) y no se permitirán obras conjuntas (excepto en la categoría «Mejor equipo»).
3.9 GW se reserva el derecho a descalificar al participante si su conducta es contraria al espíritu o la finalidad del concurso.

4 Valoración del jurado
4.1 Todas las obras válidas serán examinadas y valoradas por un jurado compuesto por miembros del personal de GW y un juez independiente. Los jueces seleccionarán las obras que mejor cumplan los criterios de valoración. Dichos criterios son los siguientes: cohesión del tema del expositor; originalidad y creatividad; habilidad de conversión y esmero de la pintura.
4.2 Habrá 15 ganadores en total en las 5 categorías principales (en los puestos 1.º, 2.º y 3.º en cada una de ellas).
4.3 Se seleccionarán hasta 10 obras entre las 5 categorías principales. Los jueces seleccionarán las obras que muestren cualidades sobresalientes en cualquiera de los criterios de valoración.
4.4 Las decisiones de los jueces serán inapelables y no se mantendrá correspondencia alguna. Las posibilidades de ganar un premio dependerán del número de obras a concurso, de la calidad de las mismas y de la capacidad de cada participante para cumplir los criterios ganadores. Cada obra se valorará en comparación con las demás obras de su categoría.
5 Información sobre los premios
5.1 Los ganadores de la categoría principal recibirán:
5.1.1. un (1) trofeo, y
5.1.2. una (1) caja de kit de inicio («Starter Set») de Start Collecting, Combat Patrol, Vanguard o similar de su elección (sujeto a la disponibilidad de existencias). La gama de cajas Starter Set puede consultarse en la tienda web de GW (www.games-workshop.com). El valor de cada caja Starter Set oscila entre 57,50 £ y 95 £ (o su equivalente en la moneda local) dependiendo del producto específico.
5.2 Las obras seleccionadas por los jueces recibirán:
5.2.1. un (1) certificado.
5.3 Los premios no son transferibles y no se ofrecerán alternativas en metálico. Los premios no podrán devolverse ni cambiarse a menos que estén defectuosos.
5.4 Los premios están sujetos a disponibilidad y se enviarán a través de los procesos de envío estándar de GW una vez que hayan sido reclamados.
5.5 Si la caja del Starter Set, Combat Patrol o Vanguard está agotada, el ganador puede esperar hasta que el artículo vuelva a estar disponible o elegir una caja de Starter Set alternativa.
5.6 GW no asumirá ninguna responsabilidad en caso de que no se pueda aceptar el premio.
6 Notificación
6.1 Los ganadores se anunciarán el 26 de octubre de 2024 en un acto de entrega de premios que se retransmitirá en Warhammer TV a través de uno de los canales de redes sociales de GW que GW utiliza ocasionalmente, y también se anunciarán en línea en un artículo en www.warhammer-community.com.
6.2 Los participantes aceptan que GW utilice su nombre y lugar de residencia (en el formato «Joe Bloggs, de Birmingham, Inglaterra») con fines publicitarios y promocionales y para el cumplimiento de obligaciones legales. Si no desean que su nombre y/o lugar de residencia se publiquen o se den a conocer, o desean reducir la cantidad de información publicada o que se da a conocer, deberán de comunicárselo a GW en el momento de enviar su participación por correo electrónico.
6.3 La cláusula 6.2 no se aplicará a los participantes de Alemania. Se solicitará el consentimiento expreso de los participantes de Alemania para mostrar esta información, que sólo se mostrará públicamente cuando el participante haya dado su consentimiento expreso. Al enviar la participación, el participante puede optar por dar el consentimiento expreso para que GW publique su información de acuerdo con la cláusula 6.2.
6.4 Si transcurridos tres meses no se ha reclamado alguno de los premios, se perderá la oportunidad de obtenerlos y se dará por finalizado el concurso. En tal caso, GW podrá, a su discreción, seleccionar un ganador alternativo de conformidad con los presentes Términos y condiciones.
7 Titularidad de las obras del concurso y derechos de propiedad intelectual
7.1 GW no reclamará ningún derecho de propiedad sobre las obras presentadas al concurso.
7.2 El participante acepta que GW pueda, aunque no esté obligada a ello, publicar su obra en cualquiera de sus sitios web y en cualquier otro medio de comunicación, conocido en la actualidad o inventado en el futuro, y en relación con cualquier publicidad del concurso. Asimismo, acepta conceder a GW una licencia no exclusiva, mundial e irrevocable, durante todo el período de vigencia de los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre la obra del concurso y cualquier material que la acompañe, para utilizar, mostrar, publicar, transmitir, copiar, editar, alterar, almacenar, reformatear y sublicenciar la obra del concurso y cualquier material que la acompañe para tales fines.
8 Limitación de responsabilidad
8.1 En la medida en que lo permita la ley, GW, sus agentes o distribuidores no serán en ningún caso responsables de compensar al ganador ni aceptarán responsabilidad alguna por cualquier pérdida o daño que se produzca como consecuencia de la obtención del premio, excepto cuando se deba a la negligencia de GW, sus agentes o distribuidores o la de sus empleados. Los derechos legales del participante no se verán afectados.
9 Jurisdicción
9.1 Estas bases se rigen por las leyes de Inglaterra y cualquier litigio relacionado con la promoción estará sujeta a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales ingleses. La participación implica la aceptación de las bases como definitivas y legalmente vinculantes.
9.2 Esta promoción es nula donde esté prohibida por la ley.
10 Protección de datos
10.1 Todos los datos personales que se nos faciliten en relación con este concurso se conservarán y tratarán de conformidad con nuestro Aviso de privacidad. 2 応募

2.2 各募集者はカテゴリーごとに1度エントリーでき、また「掲示板」（以下2.5を参照）カテゴリーにさらに1回エントリーできます。これ以外の応募は審査の対象外となります。
2.3 GWが2024年9月20日金曜の午後1時（英国時間）から2024年10月7日月曜の午後11時59分（英国時間）までに受け取った作品が審査の対象となり、これ以降の応募は無効です。9月20日金曜午後1時（英国時間）前の応募は審査の対象外となります。
2.4 応募の際は、ご自身の応募写真を[email protected]まで送り、以下を記載してください：フルネーム （GW社員、またはその家族であるかを問わない）、居住する国および州／地域、および募集作品のカテゴリー（複数可）。応募者は、様々なアングルから作品を表示するために、5～8枚の写真を提出されることをお勧めします。
2.5 主要カテゴリーは5つあり（「個人 (Individual)」「チーム (Team)」「掲示板 (Display Board)」「青少年 (Youngbloods)」「社員 (Staff)」）、各主要カテゴリーごとに1位、2位、3位が選ばれます。
2.5.1 16歳未満の場合は以下に応募できます。
a) 青少年（親／保護者が提出する場合）またはチーム（16歳以上のチームメンバーが提出する場合）のいずれか1つ、および
b) 「掲示板」（親／保護者が提出する場合）。
2.5.2 16歳以上の場合は以下に応募できます。
a) 「個人」または「チーム」のいずれか1つ。および
b) 「掲示板」
2.5.3 社員は「社員」カテゴリーのみに応募できます。
例：16歳未満の場合は「青少年」および「掲示板」、
16歳以上の場合は「チーム」および「掲示板」に応募できます。「掲示板」への応募は任意です。
2.6 審査員特別賞が5～10あり、すべてのカテゴリーから選ばれます。
2.7 作品がGWに届かなかった場合は、技術的な機能上のエラーによるものを含め、いかなる理由によるものでも一切責任を負いません。
2.8 本利用規約への違反があると考える場合、GWは単独裁量にてお客様をコンテストから排除できます。
2.9 GWは、単独裁量にて、応募写真を拒否する権利、および応募作品を審査プロセスの対象外とする権利を留保します（例：画像がボケている、画素化している、または応募作品以外のものが写っている場合など）。
2.10 GWはいつでも、通知することなく、本利用規約を変更したり、コンテストを延期または取り消す権利を留保します。その場合、GWは応募者に変更を伝えるために妥当な努力を払います。
3 応募資格
3.1 コンテストは13歳以上の方を対象としており、16歳未満の方が応募する場合、応募者に代わって親または保護者が作品を提出しなければなりません。
3.2 GWの社員は「ベスト・オブ・スタッフ」のカテゴリーにのみに応募できます。他のカテゴリーに応募した場合は審査の対象外となります。
3.3 GWの社員のみが「ベスト・オブ・スタッフ」カテゴリーに応募する資格を持っています。
3.4 本コンテストは、ロシアとベラルーシを除く全世界の居住者を対象としています。
3.5 GWは次の規則に従った応募作品のみを受け付けます：
3.5.1. 描かれたミニチュアはCitadelおよび/またはForge World製品でのみ構成されている
3.5.2. ディスプレイは、ベース寸法が2インチ x 2インチ (61cm x 61cm) あるいは 22 x 30 インチ (76cm x 56cm) でボード内に収まっている

3.6 ボードを使用する場合は適切な材料を使ったものは認められますが、その上に表示するものは厳密にGames Workshop製品であることが条件となります。
3.7 GWはプレゼンテーション用の台座に載せた応募作品を受け入れますが、その場合3.4.2項に明記されている寸法に従っていなければなりません。
3.8 カテゴリーごとに1人1つの作品応募できます。別の人の代理での応募は認められず（3.1項による）、共同での応募も認められません（「ベスト・オブ・チーム」カテゴリーを除く）。
3.9 GWは、応募者の行為がコンテストの意図する精神に反する場合には、応募者を失格とするあらゆる権利を留保しています。

4 審査
4.1 すべての有効な応募作品は、ＧＷ社員および独立審査員1名から構成される審査委員会で審査・判定され、審査員は審査基準を最も良く満たしている作品を選択します。審査基準は次の通りです：ディスプレイテーマとの一致、独自性と創造性、コンバージョンスキル、彩色の技巧
4.2 5つのカテゴリー全体で、合計15名の入賞者が選ばれます。（各カテゴリーごとに1位、2位、3位）。
4.3 5つの主要カテゴリー全体で、最高10件の審査員特別賞が選ばれます。審査員特別賞には、審査基準のいずれかにて卓越性を示す作品が選ばれます。
4.4 審査員の決定は最終的なものであり、この決定についてのやり取りは行われません。受賞する確率は、資格を満たした応募件数、応募作品の品質、および各応募者が受賞基準を満たしているかによって異なります。各応募作品は、対象カテゴリーのその他の応募作品と比較して審査されます。
5 賞の詳細
5.1 主要カテゴリーの受賞者には以下を進呈します：
5.1.1. トロフィー1つ

6 通知
6.1 受賞者は、GWが時折使用するソーシャルメディアチャネルの1つを介して2024年10月26日のWarhammer TVのアワードイベント放送時に発表されます。www.warhammer-community.comの記事にてオンラインでも発表されます。
6.2 応募者は、GWが、広告および販促目的、ならびに法的義務を果たす目的で応募者の氏名および居住地（イングランド、バーミンガムのJoe Bloggs様式による）を使用することに同意します。氏名および居住地の開示または提供を希望されない場合、あるいは開示または提供する情報量を減らすことを希望される場合は、作品の応募時にメールにてGWまでお知らせください。
6.3 ドイツから応募する場合、6.2項は該当しません。ドイツからの応募の場合はこうした情報の表示には特定の同意が求められ、応募者からの明示的な同意がある場合にのみ情報が開示されます。応募作品を提出される際、GWが6.2項に従って個人情報を開示することへの明示的な同意を選ぶことができます。
6.4 受賞発表から3ヵ月経っても受賞者が賞品の発送を求めない場合は賞品の受け取りができなくなり、コンテストは終了します。その場合、GWは本利用規約に従い単独裁量にて別の受賞者を選定できます。
7 コンテスト応募作品の所有権と知的財産権
7.1 GWがコンテスト応募作品の所有権を請求することはありません。
7.2 応募者は、GWが、本コンテストの宣伝に関連して、GWのウェブサイトおよびその他の媒体（既存のもの、および今後制作されるものを含む）に応募作品を掲載できることに同意します（ただし掲載の義務はない）。応募者は、このコンテストの応募作品および付随するマテリアルに対する知的財産権の全期間において、コンテストの応募作品および付随するマテリアルをかかる目的のために使用、表示、発表、転送、複写、編集、改変、保管、再フォーマットおよびサブライセンスする非排他的、全世界的、取消不能なライセンスをGWに付与することに合意します。
8 責任制限
8.1 GW、その代理店または販売業者は、法で認められている限りにおいて、あらゆる状況における受賞者への補償責任または義務を一切負わず、賞品を受け取る結果として生じる一切の損失または損害に対する賠償責任を持っていませんが、それがGWまたはその代理店または販売業者の過失またはその従業員の過失により引き起こされた場合を除きます。お客様の制定法上の権利に影響が及ぶことはありません。
9 管轄権
9.1 本規則にはイングランド法が適用され、プロモーションに関連するいかなる紛争も英国法廷の専属管轄権に従います。本コンテストへの応募は、本規則を最終的かつ法的拘束力を持つものとして承諾することを意味します。
9.2 このプロモーションが法律で禁止されている場合は無効です。
10 データ保護
